Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Items or accessories are missing

  • Product does not match the description

? For damaged or incomplete orders, the return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is no longer required

  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products purchased under special deals, clearance, or combo offers


Return Process

  • Go to My Orders → Select Product → Request Return

  • Upload product images and required details

  • After approval:

    • Pickup will be arranged (if available), OR

    • You may need to self-ship the product


Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original packaging, invoice, and all accessories


Quality Check

  • All returned items undergo inspection within 1–2 business days

  • If approved → further action (refund/replacement) will be processed

  • If rejected → product will be sent back to the customer


Important Notes

  • Some product categories may not be eligible for return

  • Valid proof (images/unboxing video) may be required

  • ToolsTribe reserves the right to accept or reject return requests after inspection
